Green Palette
The green palette combines rich Verde marble with white stone in bold checkerboard patterns. Balanced with clear and ribbed glass, it establishes a striking yet timeless foundation for the flat’s main spaces.

Master Bathroom
In the master bathroom, the green palette takes centre stage: checkerboard marble flooring, full-height stone panels and crisp glass partitions define a space that feels both dramatic and composed. Dark metal fittings provide a sharp counterpoint, grounding the expressive stonework.

Green Bathroom Threshold Detail
At the bathroom threshold, checkerboard marble tiles meet bespoke window mosaics with mitred joints. The detail expresses the project’s emphasis on precise stone craftsmanship and subtle junctions between materials.

Wall with Niche
Inside the same bathroom, a marble-clad wall is recessed with a niche that echoes the threshold geometry. The continuation of checker tiles and mosaics ties the space together, uniting detail and surface into one language.

Pink Bathroom Palette

The softer bathroom scheme drew on pink marble, plaster tones and warm brass accents to create a calmer, more intimate atmosphere within the flat. This palette provided a gentle counterpoint to the bolder green-and-white chequerboard and the restrained grey-and-black compositions used elsewhere. Glossy lacquer and sand-blasted glass introduced subtle reflections, while brass details added warmth against the cooler stonework. Together, the palettes formed a coherent yet varied language, giving each room its own character while keeping the apartment unified.

Guest WC
The grey palette balances honed marble with blackened metal and lacquered finishes. Subtle tonal shifts keep the scheme calm and sophisticated, forming the base for secondary spaces.
In the guest WC, the grey palette is applied with precision: combination of marble tiles and penny mosaics, black fittings and a cielo vanity and mirror create a composed, minimal space. The restrained tones make the compact room feel refined rather than confined.
Cornwall Gardens
At mezzanine level, new skylights were introduced to flood the living and dining areas with daylight. Pale finishes and minimalist furniture enhance the sense of space, while carefully placed details preserve intimacy.
