MOST Architecture acted as Architect on behalf of the main contractor, BAH, overseeing technical delivery and coordination of the project within the Hilton tower. Working closely with interior designers FirstWithin, the team employed BIM to integrate complex acoustic separation, fire strategy, and mechanical and lighting systems, realising the rich interior vision within a demanding high-rise setting and an eight-month construction programme.

Restaurant Interior

Inside, the restaurant unfolds as a sequence of atmospheric rooms. Rich timber surfaces, textural detailing, and soft ambient light create an elegant yet warm stage for dining against the London skyline.

Bar (central focus)

The bar is a visual anchor: a sculptural counter enriched with layered material detail, framed by mirrored surfaces and dramatic lighting. It invites conviviality and spectacle.

In the Bund Bar, dramatic lighting and sophisticated materials define the space. Dark wood, polished metal accents, and deep tones merge with artistic lighting to create an intimate, theatrical lounge.

Three vertical glimpses into ShanghaiMe’s refined detailing: bespoke 3D illuminated ceiling panels overhead, custom door frames with refined edge detailing, and a stone floor inset with gold trims. Each accent reinforces the restaurant’s elevated character.
